Telephone Calls

Telephone calls concerning medical problems are taken by one of our nurses and a message is sent to the treating independent tenant doctor if required. The independent tenant doctor may respond through the nurse or call you at the end of the consulting session or at the end of the day.


Please remember that we cannot diagnose or treat problems over the phone and a medical appointment will be required. Urgent situations will be dealt with immediately, so please inform the receptionist if your call is urgent.
